QString QNetworkConfiguration::bearerName () const should return an enum and not a QString

Returning a String to give back the type of bearer a NetworkConfiguration is using is old fashioned and not C++-y at all, the documentation already states "The string is not translated and therefore can not be shown to the user." so it should be much better if an enum was used, actually that's what enums where invented for.
