Provide APIs to hide and modify position of ticks in QBarCategoryAxis

      Right now ticks are placed in between two bins on QBarCategoryAxis while category label is placed at the center of the bin, spanning the whole area. It can be quite confusing right now as there are no ticks to indicate which label belongs to which bin.
      It would be nice to be able to place ticks at the center of the bins or to hide them altogether if needed.
