TreeView Documentation Code Example Displays Nothing

The first code example on doc.qt.io displays nothing meaningful (an empty application window) when copied into Qt Creator and run. For somebody that is trying to understand how to build a tree view this is very frustrating.

In general, this example code is very complex considering that it should be designed to demonstrate how to use the QML type TreeView. It does not explain well how to use the TreeModel or the TreeViewDelegate.
