Holding backspace in TextArea Qt Quick widget does not delete newlines

    Description

      When holding the backspace in a multi-line text in a TextInput widget, I expect the newlines to be deleted too.

       

      Instead, holding backspace deletes until the newline. I have to individually tap backspace for each newline. This is inconsistent with iOS behavior.
