gRPC compiler generates a header file with syntax errors

    Description

      I have two .proto files. The router.proto works perfectly fine and generates a working set of C++ files. The agent.proto generates a file full of syntax errors. The agent.proto file appears well-formed. I'm not sure why it doesn't work. proto and generated files are attached. Screenshot of errors also attached.
