Analyse an impact of the "Year 2038" problem

I would like to know how much Qt is affected by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem directly and indirectly. "indirectly" means that if Qt is not affected or can be made unaffected, we should know how Qt-based code would behave if the system underneath is affected.

Just to note that 2038 might sound like being very far in the future, but if you are making a device which is expected to run 10-15 or more years and ship it, say, next year, 2038 gets much closer. So, I wish we act now and in 13 years.
