Integration Bearer Management bug fixes from Qt Mobility 1.0 into Qt 4.7

The following issues have been fixed in Qt Mobility 1.0 but not in Qt 4.7:

MOBILITY-1144: Correct UserChoice handling when Internet Connectivity Test fails on Symbian backend.
MOBILITY-1145: Changed error signal to SessionAbortedError on Symbian backend if user presses Cancel() from selection dialog.
MOBILITY-1107: Document that data statistic function of QNetworkSession may create a local event loop on some platforms.
MOBILITY-1194: Added QtBearer support for EasyWLAN configurations.
QTMOBILITY-408: Return correct active time with ICD plugin.
MOBILITY-1234: State of SNAP on Symbian backend was not updated correctly if phone enters offline (flight) mode and there is one active cellular access point in the SNAP.
