No buildings in osmbuildings - example

Q: All I see is a flat map and lots of messages on the calling command line

The provider changed the URL and login key information on the day 6.7.0 was released.

The original URL has no redirect and there are now more terms to the service.

We have contacted the provider for more info.

Solutions to explore

• is to require trial key for users of the example.
• if a set can be extracted to be used for the example (service terms legal question).
• Procedural city scape instead of actual data.
