How to reproduce the issue:
 - Use Mediaplayer Example application provided with Qt Creator on a physical windows 11 machine.
 - Open the attached wmv file  via the application and try to play it.
 - The video starts, but the picture stays in a same frame/image.
 - If you operate the slider back and forth, the picture partly changes accordingly, but it does not look normal.

Side note:
  - The issue was not reproduced with Qt 6.6.2 somehow, the video was played normally.
  - The customer tells that the issue is not reproduced when the app runs over vpn.
