Qt on Wayland accesses OpenGL drivers in pure QtWidgets applications

    Description

      I have reports from end users with unstable OpenGL drivers that application is crashing on startup even before reaching application's OpenGL driver stability check. This also means pure QtWidgets applications without any OpenGL usage are going to crash on such systems despite they don't need OpenGL at all. Disabling OpenGL when building Qt leads to QTBUG-124284.
