Creation instructions for Docker CI/CD pipeline

Customer have contacted Qt Support about Docker usage with CI/CD pipeline.

They have had questions like:

Is there a way to have a Docker image with Qt installed on it (commercial license)? Because the only way we can download it right now is with the GUI.

Should we download with the installer (have a license for our CI/CD) and copy the install file on the docker image ?

One solution seems to be using CLI installation(https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/get-and-install-qt-cli.html#providing-login-information) but could we create official docker instruction entry?
