[OAuth] Document QOAuthHttpServerReplyHandler class

    Description

      QOAuthHttpServerReplyHandler class provides loopback redirect_uri handling by instantiating a simple localhost HTTP server.
      In practice it's able to serve redirect_uris such as http://127.0.0.1:1234 and http://localhost:1234

      The class is public and used by the example application, but lacks documentation.
      This task is about adding documentation for the class.
