[OAuth] Support claimed HTTPS URI and private URI scheme on macOS

      The Jira items QTBUG-124339 and QTBUG-124340 add support for iOS and Android.

      Enabling the claimed HTTPS URI or private URI schemes on macOS in all likelihood requires new qtbase implementation. Delegates and related machinery similar to iOS should be set up on macOS:

      Also the documentation should be updated to include macOS.
      Note that this item should be done only after completing the iOS / Android tasks mentioned above.
