Slow UI build in Release mode with MSVC

      After switching to Qt 6.7.0 from Qt 6.6.3 building ui in Release mode is noticeable slow.
      Build times for attached test app:
      Qt 6.7.0 Elapsed time: 00:55
      Qt 6.6.3 Elapsed time: 00:05

      This appears if you add some layouts. Without layouts it seems ok.
