    Description

      Running configure with the following command line:

      configure.exe -release -no-scripttools -qt-zlib -qt-gif

      will not build the gif plugin. Maybe double checking commit 802dc404d1af9a08fdc23ef32e2fbc77f138f70a sheds some light on it...
