The draggable toolbar is displayed at random positions when dragged over the screen

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any example app with draggable toolbar like document viewer or notepad.
      2. Drag the toolbar and observe its position.

      Expected: The toolbar should be displayed next to the cursor.

      Actual: The toolbar is displayed at some random position
