[Crash] Opening large txt file causes the text editor example app to crash

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open example app.
      2. Open attached sample3.txt file

      Expected: The app does not crash.

      Actual: The app crashes after a few seconds 

      Reproducibility:  100%
