Better examples needed for plugins with Qt 6 and CMake

The examples for creating C++ extension/QML plugins with the new cmake macro tools is not very clear. For instance, in the documentation https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qquickimageprovider.html the text refers to the https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtquick-imageprovider-example.html example, but the example itself just creates the plugin, and does not have an executable that a user looking to try it out can run right away to check the process. It would also be helpful just to have a clear layout on how to use the plug-in operations with the new cmake tools we have in Qt 6. There are still a lot of examples that are using qmake.
