YUYV and UYVY pixel formats are not rendered correctly with FFmpeg backend

      The YUYV and UYVY pixel formats are special because each sample spans two pixels. Inspecting the corresponding shaders indicates that these formats are not correctly displayed, leading to ghosts and poor image quality. See comparison below, where imc4 (left) is compared to UYVY (right)
