MediaPlayer should display image files continuously

    Description

      Currently FFmpeg backend accepts image files as having a one frame long video stream. QMediaPlayer currently plays them as a short flash of video. The FFplay player on the other hand displays images continuously. This functionality would be good for QMediaPlayer as well.

      Filtering image files completely (which is another alternative, see also QTBUG-122627) starts to look less plausible without causing false positives with valid video and animated image formats.
