windeployqt picks some host arch dlls

    Description

      windeployqt will correctly find arm64 Qt dlls when using an arm64 kit on an x64 machine. However, some of the supporting dlls it adds to the deploy directory are for x64. Specifically, this seems to be a problem for dxcompiler.dll, dxil.dll, and vcruntime140_1(d).dll.
