Update assimp for Qt

    • 3bdf25ace (dev), a8ffd17ea (6.7), 37d454d53 (6.7.1)

      We need to make sure all security critical 3rd party modules (https://wiki.qt.io/Third_Party_Code_in_Qt) are the latest one before we can release.

      It seems that assimp needs an update; we are using v5.3.1but v5.4.0 is already available:
      https://github.com/assimp/assimp/releases
