ANR issue after 30 seconds of closing the application running a background service on Android

      When an application that is using a background service is closed from the application recent menu in phone, then it will cause an ANR after hanging for about 30 seconds.

      Same issue was reported 2 years back from our organisation which was fixed in subsequent release. https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-97115

      Issue got re-introduced. Hence raising a bug again.

      This also happens even with the QT_ANDROID_NO_EXIT environment variable set.
