Qt 4.7.0-RC1 is not binary compatible with 4.6 on Windows.

      Applications built with Qt 4.6 does not link against QtCore4.dll from Qt 4.7 because the (undecorated) symbol "public: static class QString __cdecl QString::fromWCharArray(unsigned short const *,int)" has changed to "public: static class QString __cdecl QString::fromWCharArray(wchar_t const *,int)". Is this in some way related to QTBUG-9617?
