QDoc: Modernize test coverage reporting

    Description

      The test coverage report for QDoc isn't generated anymore and we'd like to have that report so that we can measure our test coverage. Modernize the scripts used for generating the coverage report and ensure that the report is part of the nightly builds as it used to be.
