ExtendedSceneEnvironment glow works incorrectly for IBL?

I am trying out the Glow effect in ExtendedSceneEnvironment using Qt Design Studio.

First, I am using this QDS 4.5 snapshot.

In this version, the glow effects the HDR I am using as IBL.

When I try a newer QDS snapshot, glow has little effect on the HDR.

There are the same settings in both projects, but there is a big difference in result. Note that in the earlier QDS version I used, the HDR exposure did not work but it is fixed in the later. So maybe related to that.
