Steps to reproduce:

1. Open and run https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtlocation-geojson-viewer-example.html 
2. Enable view option 'Draw path on globe'
3. Start adding rectangles and confirm adding it by clicking left and right mouse button.

Expected: A rectangle is drawn on the map.

Actual: In some cases, the line appears on the map instead of a rectangle. It doesn't happen if the option 'Draw path on globe' is disabled.
