bargraph crash when barcount changed to 0 and selection enabled

      Reproduce by opening BarModelMapping from testbed and slide row count 0. Then cursor over the bar and it crashes. Currently, BarModelMappig.qml doesn't let the  count slider go to 0, so modify it first.
