Qt installer: Rename/Move "Developer and Designer Tools"

      There are no "Designer" tools here anymore, since Qt Design Studio has moved out to its own category.

      While we're at it, does it make sense to move "Developer and Designer Tools" out of "Qt"? These are not part of the Qt libraries after all.
