      Update to targets:

      "ubuntu-24.04-arm64-offscreen-tests" -target remains in CI, only these are failing in recent HealthCheck:

      tst_sharedmemory is fixed: QTBUG-126225

      tst_qtimezone is already reported for x64: QTBUG-126481

      tst_qx11info works correctly, but needs fix to notice that offscreen image is Wayland and not X11: QTBUG-126516
