Add "Extensions" category to "All Modules" overview page

    Description

      Move Qt PDF, Qt WebEngine on the All Modules overview page from "Add-Ons" to new "Extensions"  category.

      Proposed text for Qt Extensions:

      Qt Extension Modules bring additional functionality to Qt. They might be part of a Qt release, but can deviate from the other Qt modules in terms of release schedule, supported platforms, provided binaries, commercial support, or compatibility promises. For additional details, see the related module documentation.
