Alternating rows colors are too light when in dark high contrast using "windows" and "fusion" styles

    Description

      When Windows 10 has high contrast black turned on, alternating rows of table views appear with white text on a light gray background.  They should have white text on a black or dark gray background.  This only is an issue when using the "windows" or "fusion" style.

      I've attached screenshots of a table in each of the four styles available on my Windows 10 machine.  I've attached an example program that illustrates the issue as well.
