After reboot 'No screens available' shown randomly on Raspberrypi5

      After reboot the applications run on the device might show:

      Cannot create window: no screens available

      and the applications will quit.

      There are two hdmi ports on the device, but the tests (or applications) are not setting it to any specific one.
