(Minimum) size hint for spin box on Windows 11 is too small

Possibly related to QTBUG-113617 (Modernized look for spinboxes on Windows 11)
 or QTBUG-113548 (Increase size of control elements when on Windows 11), but I am hoping a more specific bug report will help keeping track of things.

As in the attached screenshot, using a stretching layout item next to a spin box (e.g. to push it on one side) will show that the minimum size of the spin box is not enough to render the widget.

This did not occur in Qt 6.6.x and it doesn't occur in other styles (e.g. Fusion style on the same Qt 6.7.1).
