Clean up What's new in Qt 6.8 page

    Description

      The What's new in Qt 6.8 page is a collaborative effort. Latest for the RC, we should clean this up:

      • Remove "Nothing to see here" notes, otherwise empty sections
      • Clean up grammar and spelling
      • Double check that links are available where useful, and do work
