FFmpeg plugin on Darwin should minimally check permissions

As we noticed in failing (and even potentially crashing) auto-tests, FFmpeg plugin on macOS/iOS does not try to check the permissions to access camera/microphone (unlike the native 'darwin' plugin, which minimally, but 'checks' the permission). Whenever/wherever it is possible - makes sense to do the same checks for the 'ffmpeg' plugin too.
