CMake fails to configure simple project

    Description

      there is a regression in Qt 6.7, it fails to configure the example in attachment with an error

      CMake Error: File /Qt6CoreConfigureFileTemplate.in does not exist.

      The example works fine in Qt 6.6 and below.
