It seems last successfully update was 1.6.2024 (https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/yocto/meta-qt6/+/565121) and this started to fail after that (first failed try 3.6.2024: https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/yocto/meta-qt6/+/565546).
There is no provisioning related changes between these 2 updates so the rootcause must came from some updated module
