Description
It feels like text cursor blocks further scrolling, so I can only scroll one screen of text.
It seems this bugtracker is too slow, so I've deleted uploaded screencast here and added it to YT:
Tried turning off different features in settings, one by one - like "highlighting selections", didn't help
Rollback to earlier version reveas that bug was introduced in 13.0.0
