[FFmpeg] Recording from camera to MKV (Matroska Multimedia Container) fails with H.265 / H.264 codec.

    Description

      Using Matroska / MKV container format and H.265 / H.264 video codec when recording from camera fails with a popup "Cannot start writing the stream" together with this output:

      could not write header, error: -1094995529 "Invalid data found when processing input"

      Other codecs like MPEG-4 and MotionJPEG works fine.
