QScrollbar works but appears unskinned on program

    Description

      On Qt designer, simply create a vertical (or horizontal) scrollbar.
      Then recompile your application.
      The scrollbar works but appears unskinned.

      Note: it looks fine in Qt designer and its preview works too!
