libexec/gn on MacOS is not universal

      In order to be able to move ios and Android CI targets from Intel mac into Arm mac hw, we need gn tool to be runnable in arm hw. At the moment the tool is built in universal build config, but the tool is x86_64 only:

      $ file gn
gn: Mach-O 64-bit executable x86_64
