When entering text in a TextInput contained in a pop-up window, the virtual keyboard appears but below the pop-up window. When a virtual keyboard button is pressed, the pop-up window is closed.  

The attached project contains a Pop-up that contains a TextInput. The Popup appears when the 'open popup' button is pressed.
When the user clicks on the Popup (the TextInput fills the entire Popup), the virtual keyboard appears.
