The format of a printed assistant page is incorrect.

Try to print for example the " Qt Reference Documentation" page in Assiatant. qthelp://com.trolltech.qt.470/qdoc/index.html

One page is used just to print the Headers of that page.
The images Are not printed instead it prints grey boxes.

There is also a lot of other information in the page the is getting printed, for example the report a bug box at the end of the printout that is not visible in the assistant page.
