QtSvg ignores units

      QtSvg ignores units as described by SVG 1.1 Tiny: https://www.w3.org/TR/SVGTiny12/coords.html#Units

      How this is attempted to be handled in the parser is also pretty messy and should be refactored.

      This is a bug that was discovered in a users svg:
