Popup windows, for example include completion in QtC, are rendered as normal windows on Wayland. Completion popups in other apps are effected as well.

To reproduce begin editing an include path with completion.  The first completion window is rendered properly,  but after choosing one of the paths, the second completion window  almost always appears as normal window with a title.
