Installation of 6.8.0 Beta1 fails for MSVC 2022 ARM64

    Description

      Installation of 6.8.0 Beta1 for MSVC 2022 ARM64 on an x64 host fails with the following error:

      Error during installation process (qt.qt6.680.win64_msvc2022_arm64): Could not find the required QmakeOutputInstallerKey(qt.qt6.680.win64_msvc2022_arm64_qmakeoutput) value on the installer object. The ConsumeOutput operation on the valid qmake needs to be called first.

      Installation is not possible. This happens in a fresh installation of Qt as well as when adding the configuration in question to an existing Qt installation.
