Qt Creator 14 doesn't look well with the new Windows 11 Style in Qt 6.7

    Description

      I've gave Qt Creator 14 a try and on Windows 11 with 200% HiDPI it doesn't looks that good:

      1. The menu bar is too big. This can be hidden via Ctrl+Alt+M
      2. The CMake settings page looks horrible. The combobox is out of place, and the tab page selection is bad
      3. The gray background color is also used for the controls
      4. The alternative background for the list view is gone, it's all gray now
