MaintenanceTool doesn't inform about automatic (un)installations

      1. Use the MaintenanceTool to add the component "Qt Graphs" to an existing installation.
      2. Restart the MaintenanceTool.
        You'll find that now also "Qt Quick 3D", "Qt Quick Timeline" and "Qt Shader Tools" are installed.

      It may make sense to automatically install needed components, but the MaintenanceTool should inform its user about that.
