qmllint: complain about duplicate inline components

      From the original bug report:
      Duplicate inline component declaration is not detected and causes incorrect knock-on error
      See "Bacon Cake" for an example.

      Qmllint does not complain about duplicate components, and that leads to bogus warnings later on. The attached Bacon Cake.png shows such a bogus warning via qmlls, but that should be fixed in qmllint.
